Capture the moment | Happiness Wisdom
“It’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.”
– Abraham Lincoln
It is not the quantity, but the quality that matters. May good use of your time. Create happy moments. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Happiness Formula | Happiness Wisdom
Happiness = Reality / Expectations. To be happy either improve your reality or lower your expectations.
The happiness formula is directly related to reality and inversely related to expectations. In other words, to be happy, one must have a better perception of reality and lower expectations. The higher the expectation, the more frustration or anger you feel when it is not met. If you keep low expectations, there is more chance it will meet and when you achieve higher than expected you feel happier. Understand your situation, capabilities and have realistic expectations.
Also, happiness is not a destination. It is not, when you get money, or get a new house, you will happy. You can choose to be happy now. As Buddha said, “Happiness is a journey and not a destination.”

Create Happy Memories
“It’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.” – Abraham Lincoln.
It is not the quantity, but the quality that matters. Make good use of your time. Create happy moments. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Do not wait to be happy in the future. Do not waste your present and set aside your happiness for the future. The best time to be happy is now. Seize the moment. Create Happy Memories!

At first, the answer to last week’s MMB #3.
The question was:
Q3: What day follows the day before yesterday if two days from now will be Sunday?
A3: Thursday.
Here is the MMB for this week:
MMB#4: Two U.S. coins add up to 30 cents. If one of them is not a nickel,
what are the two coins?
The answer will be in next week’s Happiness Wisdom Newsletter. Stay Tuned! It arrived every Tuesday morning.
