Hello everyone, I hope you find this newsletter useful and inspirational. Today’s “Happiness Wisdom” newsletter focuses on Hopefulness and Reaching your goals.
Hopefulness
“When all else is lost, the future still remains”
– Christian Nestell Bovee
There are always going to be ups and downs in life. When you are at your lowest, don’t lose hope because now you can only go up. Be courageous. Your true courage is measured by your capacity of moving ahead during despair.
Reaching your goals
“It must be borne in mind that the tragedy of life doesn’t lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goals to reach.”
— Benjamin E. Mays.
It is essential that you have some goals in life and make these goals ridiculously high so that when you try to reach those goals, you’ll land higher than someone else’s success.
If you find yourself unable to reach your big goals, do not change the goals, but change the action step to reach those goals. If you keep going, you will reach there.

Staying motivated to reach your goals
“Do not just focus on your goals, but focus more on the JOURNEY towards that goal.”
While you are trying to reach those goals, focus on the journey towards the goals. Every small action steps or achievements count. Appreciate and celebrate those little wins. This provides motivation to keep going towards the big goal.
Mind and Memory Boosters (MMBs)
First, the answer to the last week’s MMB:
The question was: Can you show that four added to six will make eleven?
The answer is: Add IV turned upside down below VI and you get XI.
Here is the MMB for this week:
If 5 cats can catch 5 mice in 5 minutes, how many cats are required to catch 100 mice in 100 minutes?
The answer will be in next week’s Happiness Wisdom Newsletter. Stay Tuned! It arrived every Tuesday morning.
Until next week…
